eSIM Products Notes & Disclaimer

Notice:

  • If you do not receive the eSIM email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact customer service.
  • The following types of phones cannot be used: locked phones, carrier-branded phones, 3G phones, modified phones, and phones manufactured in China, Hong Kong, or Macau (if unsure, please contact customer service).
  • All transactions are settled in Japanese Yen (JPY). Using a credit card in countries outside of Japan is considered an international transaction. The issuing bank will charge the handling fee, and the actual rate is determined by your issuing bank.
  • For iPhone users, please delete the profile (check steps: Settings -> General, scroll to the bottom, if there is no profile, it is normal) to ensure smooth use.
  • Hotspot sharing will occupy bandwidth, and internet speed will vary depending on the terminal device and geographic location. Therefore, the minimum internet speed is not guaranteed. Please confirm before placing an order.
  • Some eSIM plans support hotspot sharing, but it is not guaranteed that every phone can successfully share. It is recommended that each person use one eSIM.
  • To maintain network quality, unlimited data users must still comply with the fair use policy.
  • Abnormal data users may be restricted (daily usage of 5GB may trigger this rule), which could result in internet access being blocked or reduced speed.
  • Detailed data calculations are based on the data provided by the carrier's backend.
  • To avoid violating the fair use policy, it is recommended to use Wi-Fi for high data consumption activities, such as:
    • Large file transfers (upload/download)
    • Watching videos
    • Streaming live broadcasts
    • Playing mobile games
    • Using social media apps that primarily consist of videos and photos
    • It is also recommended to turn off automatic updates and backup functions, social media auto-play functions, and satellite map navigation mode (use general navigation mode) and cloud drive file transfer functions.
  • eSIM products and related promotional content will be sent via email.

Disclaimer:

eSIM is a digital product that, once sent via email, cannot be retrieved and is considered used/consumed. Therefore, it cannot be canceled or refunded according to the Consumer Protection Act, including the following situations. Please carefully confirm your order details before placing an order:

  • Incorrect Email Address: If you provided an incorrect email address, we cannot refund. (We can resend the eSIM to a new specified email address, but we cannot guarantee that the owner of the original incorrect email address will not use it, so a refund is not possible)
  • Incompatible Device: If your device is not compatible with eSIM or is not unlocked, we cannot refund. Please confirm your device compatibility before purchasing
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind or no longer need the eSIM, we cannot refund
  • User Operation Issues: If you do not follow the customer service or activation instructions and are unable to use the product, our customer service will do their best to assist you, but we cannot bear the loss caused by incomplete setup
  • Specific Area Signal Conditions: Mobile internet quality and speed can be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, the number of users, and terminal equipment. If you have concerns, please do not purchase
  • No Contact Made: If you are unable to use the eSIM upon arrival at your destination, please connect to airport/hotel WiFi and contact us immediately for assistance. We do not accept refund requests made after returning without prior contact
  • Network Quality Differences: The quality of telecom networks varies by country, and each country has different regional and telecom infrastructure. We cannot process refunds due to poor signal conditions in certain areas
  • Content Changes: The issuing company reserves the right to change product content at any time without notice. This website cannot provide any compensation, and the final interpretation rights belong to the issuing company

※ Refunds and returns can only be processed if, after using the plan, it is determined by customer service that there is a fault with the service itself. The determination process must follow the instructions of Mango eSIM customer service

※ Refund amounts are limited to the purchase amount. Please do not request additional compensation for impacts on travel plans, work, mental health, etc. If you have concerns, please consider carefully before purchasing
